Bill became the pastor in March of 2012. He was previously Pastor at a Southern Baptist Church in Denton, TX for 18 years. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX with a Master's Degree in Divinity. He is also a graduate of East Central University in Ada, OK with a degree in Business. Bill and his wife, Sandy, have been married 30 years. Sandy is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Religion and a minor in Music. The couple met at Seminary where Sandy was working on her Master's Degree in Religious Education. Bill and Sandy were both raised on farms here in Oklahoma; Bill grew up the son of a peanut farmer in Calvin, OK, while Sandy grew up the daughter of a wheat farmer in Ponca City, OK. Bill and Sandy have two daughters, Abby Faith and Anna Grace. Abby is married to Tanner Long, and Anna is currently attending Oklahoma Baptist University.
Jonathan became the Youth and Music Minister in 2021 after spending the previous 13 years as a special education teacher in the public schools. A native of Anadarko, OK, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Southeastern OSU. Jonathan and his wife, Jamie, have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of two boys, Ryan and Isaac. Throughout their marriage, compassion and care for others has been a staple of their daily lives. Outside of ministry, Jonathan cheers for the Oklahoma State Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals, and enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, fishing, exploring, and gardening.
Brandi became the Children’s Minister/Administrative Assistant in 2024. She grew up at FBC Lone Grove and has been actively involved in The Grove Children’s Ministry for several years. After dedicating 20 years to hospice care, Brandi decided to follow her heart into children’s ministry. Brandi and her husband, David, who met for the first time in the Kindergarten Sunday school class at the church, have been married for 21 years. They are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Alli and Breanna.
